- BasicsThe most widely practiced form of yoga, this classical Hatha practice teaches basic fundamentals and alignment, breath, awareness development, balance, strength, and form. Some yoga philosophy.
- Core Flow Combines basic postures with emphasis on movement with breath to strengthen and tone core muscles, improve cardiovascular health, and cultivate a mind/body awareness. Please be prepared to sweat. All levels welcome.
- Gentle & Meditation A slow and gentle yoga class perfect for rehabilitating an injury, honoring physical limitations, and appreciating a slower approach to yoga. Incorporates gentle, restorative, and yin yoga postures. Restorative yoga postures work directly with the parasympathetic nervous system in order to relax and rejuvenate the entire body, while yin yoga postures work directly with connective tissues, providing deep stretching. Experience deep relaxation and tension release, as well as extended meditation practice to promote healing. All levels welcome.
- Gentle Flow This class combines the fundamentals of linking basic postures through slow flow of movement and breath, while integrating rejuvenation and relaxation to relieve stress. Provides gently challenging aspects for beginners to the flow style, with emphasis on strength and flexibility both physically and mentally. Please be prepared to sweat. All levels welcome.
- Hot Flow An active and dynamic class with focus on synchronizing movement with breath and fluidity. Good for those ready for a more challenging and dynamic adventure. The room is heated to 85 degrees which aids in preventing injury and naturally cleansing the body of impurities. Please be prepared to sweat. All levels welcome.
- Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Prepare for or recover from childbirth through restorative and therapeutic postures, breathing exercises, and strength building yoga and pilates exercises that support the entire body in a balanced way. Experienced
- Intermediate & Advanced Explore challenging postures, yogic techniques, and experience the state of yoga. Intermediate and advanced postures are introduced in this Hatha practice. Challenging aspects.
- Power A vigorous and challenging flow class for athletic or experienced students. Builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. Uses heat building sequences to naturally cleanse the body of impurities. Please be prepared to sweat.
- Vinyasa Flow An active and dynamic class with focus on synchronizing movement with breath and fluidity. Perfect for int/adv students ready for a more challenging and dynamic adventure. Great for naturally cleansing the body of impurities. Includes a Full Moon Flow and Yoga Under the Stars class each month (except during the hot months). Advanced sequences are introduced. Please be prepared to sweat.

- Meditation & Yoga Nidra – Saturday, Apr 11th, 1:45-3:00pm Learn the basics of meditation, its purpose, and various techniques in this one day workshop, including guided meditation and relaxation known as yoga nidra. The equivalent to three hours of rest. Leave with a deepened and authentic practice, and a free yoga nidra cd for home use. Suggested donation: $10. All levels welcome.

- 200 Hr 30 Day Yoga Teacher Training Program 5/16 – 6/14 & 8/28 – 9/26 A private and holistic yoga teacher training program taught over one nine day intensive and three weekend intensives.
